Valentines and what it means to me.
Jesus loves us so much.
One of the oldest stories ever told.
The heavens were searched until there was found the perfect lamb.
That lamb was Jesus.
God sent Him to us. Jesus came to earth through a Virgin named Mary. He lived a humble life with nothing to lay His head on to rest. He starting preaching His Father's word at a very young age. His popularity upset a lot of those that were in so called powerful postitions. They took this humble and lowly man and found Him guilty. They beat Him, tore His flesh from His body. Spit upon Him, called Him vile things. Not once did he say a word, Not once. He went through everything they dished out to Him. How many of us would plead and beg for mercy for them to stop or admit to the guilt to get them to stop the torment. We all would, wouldn't we. Not Jesus He kept on the path that was laid before Him. After they nearly tortured Him to death then they nailed Him to a Cross. Nails went through His hands and feet. He was spear in the side by a soldier. Not once did he beg or plead for them to stop. Not once. As they stood the cross up, that is when I believe His soul was tormented with the sins of the world. At that point He felt every sin that was Past, Present , and Future. That is the only time it mentions that He was at a loss and frightened that He cried, "Father Why Hast Thou Forsaken Me." You see He died for you and for me and for the sins of the world through-out time. We do not deserve what He did for us. He loved us that much that He willingly gave his life, his heart, and soul to save us and to reconnect us with our Heavenly Father.
If you do not believe in Him today. I want you to remember this "He believes in You."
Give Him your heart for Valentines.
God Bless And Keep You.
