As you know, Andhra Pradesh had been affected by the floods recently. At this stage, people are left with nothing except the clothes they are wearing. Nothing we give lessens their pain, but it will be a small solace.
Over 13 lakh(1.3million) people were affected in the recent A.P floods. Just in Kurnool district, 520000 people have lost their homes, 34 mandals have been under water. Crop was lost in 2lakh hectacres. 27 people died. It affected 3 more districts in a similar or bigger scale.
Sai Save is trying to help the victims in Kurnool district in as many villages as possible. Most of them still cannot return to their villages. They are left with nothing now. We are planning to distribute 2-3 cooking utensils, plates, glasses, blankets and towels to as many villages as we can in based on the funds. Our volunteers will go personally to distribute. The list of funds collected, their usage, the list of villages and photos, Thank you for reading this message and supporting this calamity. This is the time we all should come together to help people in need!
So Please offer us as you can help I am excited to finally be doing so - however small it may be, show your humanity the people in need.
1. Bed sheets, Towels & soaps
2. Cooking vessels
3. Small amount of provisions
4. Rebuilding and repairs of houses
5. Cleaning of the surroundings
6. Monitoring the health of the people
7. Avert eruption of epidemic
8. Safe drinking water
9. Emergency kits to face such situation in the future
10. Provide books for the school going children
11. Educate people in disaster management.

The devastating floods for Krishna River in Andhra Pradesh remained lakhs of people home less. Around 500 villages along Krishna and Tungabhadra rivers were submerged in flood water. The floods cost 48 lives and the number may go up. The people who are affected by floods lost everything and getting shade under rescue camps. They are in difficult situation to access basis needs like food, water and cloth.
